The Snug is a safer space where everyone should feel welcome, respected, and free to be themselves. 

We have a single all-gender accessible toilet open to all customers. We actively support LGBTQ+ people, neurodivergent individuals, and those from diverse backgrounds, and aim to make our space inclusive in everything we do, from the stage to the café floor. 

We have a clear anti-discrimination policy and inclusive hiring practices. We brief all performers and collaborators on our values, including our zero-tolerance approach to harassment and discrimination. Anyone who doesn’t align with those values won’t play here. 

We’re proud to support community initiatives such as Sound Her Out, and we regularly partner with LGBTQ+ and mental health organisations to host events and offer support. 

Inclusivity is not a checkbox for us,  it’s a daily commitment.
