The Snug was commissioned by Wigan Council to research and compile the Wigan Grassroots Music Plan, a strategic piece of work exploring the current grassroots music landscape across the borough.

The plan brings together insight from artists, audiences, venues, educators, promoters and community organisations to better understand the opportunities, challenges and future needs of Wigan’s music ecosystem.
